Function:  Consult and assistance the Chairman on management, operation and implementation the project "Construction of Metro Line No. 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, Ben Thanh - Tham Luong (line No. 2).
Duties:  Comply with the provision of Decision 82/QD-BQLDSDT dated May 26, 2010  on promulgating on regulations principles, working relationships and the functions of departments under the Management authority for Urban railways.
